DTN COMMENTS:   Cattle feeding country remains very quiet with bids and 
asking prices still not established. Packer inquiry should start to 
improve later this afternoon. Having said that, if the trend of the last 
several weeks continues, significant trade volume will likely be delayed 
until sometime tomorrow, possibly after the on feed reported is released. 

Beef cutouts are higher at midday (choice 365.10 +1.30, select 360.68 
+0.05) with light to moderate box movement (36.97 lds of choice cuts, 
9.47 lds of select cuts, 0.00 lds of trim, and 7.16 lds of ground). 
Cattle futures at midday are mixed, mostly lower on both live and feeder 
contracts.
